What are the Pros and cons. because from what I hear its great to use portable, takes up less amount of space, but is doing this hendering me from using things that the full program has?

^well i actually downloaded two portable programs and Im not disatissfied yet!

Yeah the portable one does everything the ones you need to install does. Can't put my finger on any con's though, maybe it's a lil slower to load but that could just be my PC. Plus, if you're at college or school or whatever, you can stick it on a external/flash drive plug it in there and just use it there n then without installation. And of course it takes up less space on your harddrive.. Pretty cool!

Pros= Saves hard drive space and memory, easy to install

Cons= Some functions may not be present or may crash the program, sometimes comes with viruses.

i second..my photoshop always does some crazy stuff when it wants to..but for the most part i get the job done..once in a blue moon it will act a donkey
